UK Delivery Information and Charges

All orders received by 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day apart from Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Orders received on these days will be dispatched on Tuesday and orders received after 1.00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer a choice of either a 3 working day service or a next working day service. Both of these are a tracked service with e-mail and SMS notifications. The choice of service can be selected at checkout and the costs are as follows

3 Working Day Service            £3.95 per order (excluding Dolls House Building Kits)

Next Working Day Service      £7.50 per order (excluding Dolls House Building Kits)

Dolls House Building Kits will be dispatched on a 3 working day service for a cost of £9.50

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take an additional working day to be delivered.

Click and Collect

If you wish to collect your order please select this option at checkout. Click and collect orders will generally will available to collect within 1 working day except for orders placed on a Sunday which will be available to collect on Tuesday.

You will receive an order acknowledgement after you have placed the order but do not travel to our store until you have received the text message saying your order is ready for collection. After receiving the text message please proceed to our store to collect your order. All orders will be held for a period of 7 days. If not collected during this period, the order will be cancelled and the customer refunded less a non-collection charge of 20% of the value of the order. To enable you to collect the order, please bring with you photographic ID and the payment card you used when placing the order. If you wish a third party to collect your order, they must bring a printed copy of the order acknowledgement.
